had to buy another one. I used to scoff at neck pillows, but on transpacific flights they work better than anything else when you're not flying in flat front seats. This version is the best I've tried. I needed one for a 12 hour flight and my wife took mine, so I ordered another one in a different color.June 16, 2024

I was skeptical about neck pillows, but I had 10.5 and 11.5 hours of flight time coming up, respectively, so I ordered one to see what it was like. I thought GGUW is great with returns, why not? I received it, tried it, and it was great. I can understand that some people think it might be difficult to use headphones. I haven't tried it yet, but I think noise canceling headphones might not work. With in-ear headphones, there shouldn't be any problems. I liked it so much that I ordered some for my two children. My wife and daughters found it a bit too expensive for their taste, they will have to try something else.June 15, 2024

initially received the wrong color than the one I ordered. I was able to return it and received the correct one in time for my trip. The ability to attach the pillow to the seat headrest is a nice feature, I didn't have to worry about it falling into the seats behind me. The pillow fits nicely in the bag and I was able to attach the bag to my carry-on for quick access to the pillow. The comfort was good, the memory foam and material weren't scratchy and I was able to fall asleep comfortably during the flight. Great pillow and I'm glad I did my research!June 8, 2024

I haven't used it on a plane yet to know if the "belt" element works, but the support is phenomenal! Even sitting in bed or on the couch at home, I can fall asleep with real comfort and support for my head and neck. Highly recommended!May 19, 2024

just got back from a trip from FL to California. I sat in the middle seat and this was truly a blessing. It squashes my face a little when it clicks into place but it really allows me to relax and be alone, even sleep for a while. My daughter used one for her middle seat from the US to Australia. I believe it doesn't matter what seat you fly in, this is a huge help. I even used it in the truck as we drove up the Pacific Coast Highway. Although the scenery was stunning, sometimes you just need a nap!May 18, 2024

tested this on 4 long haul flights: Toronto-San Francisco, Toronto-Mexico via Detroit, Toronto-Berlin, and Berlin-Mumbai. I highly recommend it!!!!!! My favorite thing is the flat backrest, you can rest on it without feeling weird about the placement of the pillow, and it's so nice to be able to fold it up and store it in the little case that comes with it. I would recommend it 10/10, I even bought one for my mom and cousin to travel with. It's soooo comfortable and breathable and I've slept wonderfully in it in economy and coach class mind you.May 15, 2024

The pillow material is very comfortable and the memory foam filling doesn't seem to retain as much heat as other neck pillows. The pillow packs down small in the carrying bag that comes with it. However, the zipper on the bag broke the first time I used it, rendering it unusable. I highly recommend the pillow. I would recommend a better zipper design for the bag.May 11, 2024
