Warm, not hot. Very good heater/frother. I wish the heat setting was very hot instead of lukewarm, but other than that, no complaints. As mentioned above, you have to be careful not to exceed the fill line when frothing milk, especially when frothing thick milk. Even when filled, the cap was a bit loose and fell off easily when I tried to froth thick milk with skim milk. Also note that different types of milk will give different results. Recommend testing with a small amount of milk first and then adjusting the amount.

Mousse is great! It's very simple to use and I love the three milk froth options: cold, thin, and thick. My coffee stays hot because I can now heat the milk froth. Is it easy to clean? You have to hand wash it and you can't get it wet or submerged in water, but I love it!

Its most appealing feature is the cold milk froth. It can froth hot or cold milk, which is usually not available in more expensive and quieter models. So, if you don't mind frothing milk for two minutes, this product is for you.

Super frothy. I was pleasantly surprised by the thickness of the foam. It might be a little thick if you want to do latte art, but if you want a cappuccino, it's perfect. I love the auto-stop feature on the machine. Just choose the setting, press "start," and the machine does the rest.

It's great, but could be better. It's very quiet and it frothers milk great! Overall I like it, but I took one star off because some of the spring mousse falls out when you pour the coffee. You have to pick it up or hold it down with something or it will tip over and fall into the coffee.

Easy to use. Time to use TBD. Purchased through a credit card rewards program. For the first two weeks, it produced thick, perfect milk foam, and friends and family loved it. My dad doesn't drink coffee and wondered if there was any milk foam at home. Got a cup when I got home. But then, I used the same creamer and settings with no explanation, and the milk foam turned into a watery foam. I'll contact the company for updates and will update with results. I had a blast using it. Easy to clean. Simple to use. The only problem is that the cord doesn't stay in place and can easily fall out of the cup. Weird anecdote: I took it to a church event while it was brewing coffee. I emptied the coffee cup and started rinsing it, and then I noticed the cord was missing. I didn't see it and thought, "It must have been in someone's cup." So I went looking for it, and to everyone's laughter, I found it in a guest's cup! There is a push-lock mechanism to hold the bat in place.
